Love fishing, boating, or paddling? At West Point’s Glass Island Boat Landing, Fishing Pier, and Kayak Launch, located on Glass Island Road, anglers have the unique opportunity to catch both fresh and saltwater fish. Pack your coolers and enjoy watching boats launch from the grassy picnic area. Take a walk along the boat launch and pier and watch fiddler crabs scurry across the shore. Pro tip – arrive early in the morning for some of the best sunrises on Virginia's Middle Peninsula!

Is it fresh seafood you fancy? Visit Three Rivers Seafood on the Mattaponi River in West Point and enjoy fresh crabs, oysters , steamed shrimp, and much more!
